What triggers an update

What	Refreshed when
Product price and sales count	Re-captured on a schedule, and always before a page’s headline claim changes. The capture date is shown on the page.
Outbound product links	Re-resolved on a schedule. A link that stops resolving, or that lands somewhere other than the product, is pulled rather than left in place.
Clinic registration details	Re-checked against the source register, and on any correction request. We record the date we last read it.
A clinic that has closed or moved	Removed or amended as soon as we can confirm it.

Products are chosen on relevance to the page’s topic and on being available from a seller we can identify. Commission rate is not an inclusion or ordering criterion.
Clinics are included on being a real, identifiable practice. We do not charge for inclusion.
If any placement becomes paid, it will be labelled in plain text and shown outside the ranked list, and the ordering rule will be stated above the list.

Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it or remove it. Corrections are not conditional on any commercial relationship.
